The brainchild of Project Happy Feet, Chefs For A Cause was an event held to raise funds for MILK (Mainly I Love Kids) and Project Happy Feet’s beneficiaries.
On December 28, 2009 at the Swissotel Merchant Court Singapore, 10 local chefs whipped up a three-course meal for 600 children beneficiaries of MILK. The kids also got to enjoy activities like balloon sculpting, much to their glee.
Sponsors and selected donors were also invited to an evening cocktail event, which, to their delight, featured special menu items from each of the ten chefs. Plaques of appreciation were also presented to selected individual donors, corporate donors and sponsors.
