ERC Institutes walks the talk

More than 30 staff members and students of ERC Institute will be joining Project Happy Feet Slipper Race

ERC Institute has always advocated education with a difference. The message to its students: be future business leaders with a difference by caring for your community.

When word about the first-ever Project Happy Feet Slipper Race got to the ERC Institute Student Services and Student Council, they promptly rounded up more than 30 staff members and students to take part.

They don’t just preach. They walk the talk.

ERC Institute is a Private Education Institute (PEI) that has attained the EduTrust (4-year) Certification offers a wide range of programmes ranging from Certificate level to Postgraduate level in the areas of Entrepreneurship and Business, Tourism and Hospitality Management and Financial Services. Being a partner of University of Wolverhampton and University of Greenwich (both of United Kingdom), the Institute is also an approved teaching centre for 2 universities programmes for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

Project Happy Feet allows students and staff to pro-actively give back to society through a simple, fun-filled event that will also foster the bond and team spirit between the staff and students of ERC Institute,” says Mr Ong Han Boon, Group Deputy CEO, ERC Holdings. “Staff and students of ERC Institute are supporting this event because it echoes our values of compassion, action, fun, team spirit and optimism”.

“I am excited and looking forward to this event. Being one of the Student Councils in-charge of this event, it makes me feel proud to be doing something meaningful to help the children across the 3 countries – especially those from Vietnam, my home country,” shares Ms Pham Thi Nhu Quynh Sophia, 22, a student pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration at ERC Institute. “I would like to do this again next year!”

Project Happy Feet would like to thank the staff members and students of ERC Institute for supporting Project Happy Feet Slipper Race.
