Pin Lay speaking at Career 2012
What can you do to be happy? Get involved with NGOs like Project Happy Feet.
That was the advice given by Ourf Consultancy‘s Principal Consultant Chi Pin Lay to professionals, executives, managers and technicians at Career 2012 held at Suntec City on 2 March 2012.
The event is one of the largest and most established career and education exhibition for over 20 years. Pin Lay was invited to speak at this event to contribute her ideas for creative solutions for the 21st Century and a 21st Century Toolkit.
During her talk on “Being a happy Singaporean”, Pin Lay shared about what currently Singaporeans feel make them happy, and about making choices that tap into innate strengths and motivators. She then shared on her proprietary Yong Tau Foo Team© – being Chilli, Fishball, Bittergourd and BeeHoon and how the Yong Tau Foo Team© Scorecard help individuals make better choices to be happy in work and studies.
Finally, she shared about VIP values in career choices and useful tips on how to be happy most of the time.
“To achieve the highest level of happiness, it is important to GIVE,” says Pin Lay. “And PHF is an avenue to be considered to give to.”
