Thank you all for coming and supporting the Car Boot Sale at Playground @Big Splash last Sunday. The weather was fantastic! It was bright and sunny and all of us got sun-burnt. We raised close to $800 from the sales of bags, coke collectibles, shoes, travel memorabilia, toys and so on. All the items are generously donated by families and friends.
We had a good time and were delighted with the many friends we made at the sale as well. Upon learning our purpose for doing the car boot sale, many bought things from us and were supportive of the cause. Despite being sun-burnt, our hearts are warmed by your geneorsity. Thank you.
We also lauched our Project Happy Feet postcards at the car boot sale. The design was creatively done by Deb and the printing was fully sponsored by Edwin. There are 8 designs in a pack and we are selling the postcards for $10 per pack. All proceeds go to Project Happy Feet.
