Fancy an international buffet spraed at a reputable hotel in Singapore, a bottle of vintage red wine, and Manhunt Singapore 2010 Jovin Koh for companion? Be the highest bidder and you’ll win this prize!
Jovin Koh, a personal fitness instructor, wrote in to Project Happy Feet to say he’ll sign up for the Slipper Race, and even asked if there was more he could do to help us reach our SGD150,000. So when we asked if he would be game to put himself up for a silent auction (thanks to a friend who threw in a dinner voucher for two, and a bottle of vintage red wine), he said “why not? it’s all good, clean fun, and for charity!”.
The big-hearted trainer, who has three major titles and several awards and sports-related certifications under his belt, believes that fitness and health should always be a top priority for anybody who a balanced and wholesome life. He also believes that while many of us have the privilege of having comfortable shoes and footwear to walk, run, or skip in, there are many out there who aren’t so lucky.
The sports science degree holder says: “I see Project Happy Feet Slipper Race as promoting both fitness and charity – which is why the very minute I learnt about it, i jumped onboard!”
